Crash Responder Safety Week
Taking place from November 13 – 17 this year, Crash Responder Safety Week reminds every driver to recognize those who enforce highway safety laws and respond when accidents happen. These workers—police, highway patrol, fire departments, emergency medical teams, tow truck drivers, and ambulance drivers—comprise our “traffic incident management” system (TIM). They have identified three types of drivers when a road accident occurs: The Oblivious, The Gawkers, and The Self-Important.
