Southgate Lease Services is celebrating one year of its partnership with Laura Jozwiak, founder and president of Everest Leadership Advisors, who joined the company in September 2025 as Strategic Advisor.
Jozwiak brings more than 30 years of fleet management experience to the role, having built her career from executive assistant to Chief Client Officer over three decades in the industry. She is a 2025 Fleet Hall of Fame inductee and former president of the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA). Her deep industry expertise and personal approach made her a natural fit for Southgate’s culture and its plans for the future.
“Our paths have crossed for many years, and having Laura work this closely with us has been a real privilege,” said Nick Miota, President and owner of Southgate Lease Services. “Southgate serves companies nationwide running 10 to 150 vehicles, and our focus is exceptional service and real relationships so we can act as trusted advisors. As a family-owned company, we don’t have corporate layers to work through, so we can build programs around what each client actually needs. Laura understands that approach, and her perspective has been invaluable as we grow.”
Over the past year, Jozwiak has worked side by side with the Southgate team as the company continues to expand its footprint and deepen its consultative service model.
